Experience: Julian started his career working as a Personal Trainer in 2009 in Chicago, IL. In 2012, he interned as an Ath-letic Trainer Assistant for the Robert Morris University Football team. Following his internship, he was intro-duced to Aquatic exercise. He found a passion for aquatics because all types of people are able to partici-pate and still receive a high calorie burning workout. He has worked with professional athletes, active older adults and weekend warriors. His specialties are aqua training, weight loss and rehabilitation.
Philosophy: Exercise is for everyone, but everyone isn’t for exercise. Exercise is a medicine used for the physical body, mind and spirit. It builds self-esteem and self-confidence. It promotes a positive mood and stabilizes emotions. It strengthens skeletal and cardiac muscles. Exercise is a key element to living a life of bliss.
