Meet our Pilates Instructors

Private Pilates Instruction is perfect for those serious about improving their Pilates form and technique. Private instruction can be tailored for those new to Pilates as well as veterans to "The Method." Learning how to effectively perform Pilates exercises has numerous benefits. Developing core strength, building long muscles and flexible joints, training efficient patterns of motion and improving the mind-body connection are just a few of the ways one can benefit from this unique and challenging workout. Pilates is also ideal for those recovering from injuries and is often used as a complement or a substitute for rehabilitation procedures.

We offer private Pilates instruction for personal, one-on-one attention and instruction.

I’ve been described as “gentle…but tough”. Two severe injuries in my youth put me on the path to fitness and I’ve stayed on it. I started with shaolin kungfu and yoga in the early 70’s, then 25 years of modern dance, and now continuing with tai chi and Pilates in the new millennium.
