Indoor Heated Pool
Mariner Square boasts the only indoor, heated pool in Alameda. Our pool is 25 yards in length, six lanes wide and four feet deep. This makes it perfect for therapeutic water walking or jogging for a great resistance workout. We have one lane designated for water walkers and joggers during normal club hours daily.
Lap swimming
Lap swimming is available the same hours that the club is open: weekdays from 5:30 am for the early birds, up until 11:00pm for the night owls, and weekends from 7AM-7PM. See Aquatics schedules for a variety of free H20 aerobics and fitness swim classes offered in addition to lap swimming.
