Fitness Boot Camp is a fast paced, four-week program with activities to push each individual to do their personal best.
Activities Included:
- Free Weights
- Toning Bands
- Circuit Training
- Spinning
- Cardio Inter-Ball
- Water Running
- Nutrition Seminars
Towels and lockers are provided, just bring your own lock. We are also equipped with a Hot Tub in both men's and women's locker rooms, along with hot and dry saunas.
This four-week Fitness Boot Camp is $150 for members and $250 for non-members.
